General Project Description
RGI performed construction inspection services for the East Market Street Phase One Reconstruction. The project was the complete reconstruction of East Market Street from Delaware Street to Alabama Street including the improvement of ADA-compliant accessibility of the sidewalks, curb ramps and crosswalks, landscape features, lighting and signal modernization.
