Indianapolis, Indiana, January 10, 2025 -Resolution Group, Inc. (RGI), a full-service civil engineering firm, announced that it has acquired Little River Consultants, LLC, an environmental consulting firm headquartered in Seymour, Indiana. This acquisition expands RGI’s service offerings and enhances its existing capabilities.
“At RGI, we are committed to innovation and delivering exceptional services to both public and private sector clients. This acquisition strengthens that commitment, allowing us to provide an even wider range of solutions,” said RGI principal Dawn Replogle.
In the past five years RGI has experienced remarkable growth, with revenue increasing by an impressive 700%. This success highlights the company’s ability to adapt to market demands, expand its service offerings, and recruit and retain highly skilled employees.
Rachele Baker, founder of Little River Consultants, will join RGI’s leadership team as the Director of its newly established Environmental Services Group.

OUR STORY
Founded in 2008, Resolution Group, Inc. (RGI) is an Indianapolis, Indiana based civil engineering firm that focuses on providing a wide range of solutions for our clients. But that was not always the case. Early on, RGI was a technical staffing firm focused on placing Construction Inspectors, CADD Technicians and other technician level professionals in civil engineering companies. We even won an exclusive staffing contact with the Indiana Department of Transportation to help the State with hiring Highway Technicians (HTs). With good employees and couple strategic hires the company has since evolved into a full-service civil engineering firm leaving staffing for other firms in our rear-view mirror. We have over 20 INDOT prequalifications supporting our primary disciplines of transportation, water resources, construction inspection and survey/right-of-way.
LEADERSHIP
Ms. Dawn Replogle currently serves as Principal and Owner of Resolution Group, Inc. (RGI) where she oversees the staff and delivery of projects within the engineering practice. Before joining RGI in October 2018, Dawn served in various regional and national positions at CHA, AECOM, URS and HNTB. Ms. Replogle brings 30 years of experience in design, business development, operational management of multiple business lines and overall project management including fast track design with traditional construction procurements as well as design build and public private partnerships for large projects. Through her experience she has a clear understanding of project development including the integration of environmental assessment process, design, right-of-way acquisition, utility coordination, innovative funding and procurement and public involvement. Over the last 15 years, her project management and oversight has extended beyond traditional highway projects to include buildings, water/wastewater, transit and environmental projects.
Mr. David Replogle was one of the founding partners in 2008 and is currently a Principal. He is a seasoned technical recruiter with the first several years of his career marketing, recruiting and staffing technical consultants for some of Indiana’s largest employers. His ability to attract, train and retain employees has been vital to our success. David is now the Director of Field Services where he oversees the Construction Services and Materials Testing Groups.
