General Project Description
RGI provided a survey that was used for the design and the reconstruction of the existing alley ways in the historical neighborhoods of Chatham Arch.
Scope of Services
For this project, RGI prepared a topographic survey and 3D surface of the existing alley ways which included such features but wasn’t limited to edge of pavement, curbs, sidewalks, fences, buildings, retaining walls, landscaping, existing utilities as marked by 811. RGI also located existing property corners and establish existing property lines, and defined sidewalks for ADA compliance design.
