General Project Description
The construction of a 3-story, 131-Unit Assisted Living Facility in Indianapolis, IN. The facility will consist of 1 and 2-bedroom units, along with memory care facilities. Additional amenities will include walking trails and outdoor gardens.
Scope of Services
RGI provide Civil Engineering services for this project encompassing the design of all underground service utilities, including stormwater quantity and quality. To provide stormwater quality control, RGI designed a series of underground detention chambers, along with multiple control structures to accommodate reduce release rates. In addition, two (2) separate water quality systems were designed to treat the stormwater runoff. These systems included both a structure BMP and green infrastructure.
