Survey Crew Chief

Overview
Due to department and company growth, Resolution Group, Inc. (RGI) is seeking an experienced Survey Crew Chief. Qualified candidates will have experience collecting data for infrastructure projects including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA survey and some construction staking.
Job Description
Duties & Requirements
- Oversee projects ranging from roadway, bridges, small structures, drainage, and commercial site.
- Collaborate with Professional Land Surveyors to complete projects on time and on budget.
- Develop junior candidates.
- Ability to troubleshoot field equipment, GPS and Robotic Total Stations.
- Experience with unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) is a plus.
Job Requirements
- High school degree required
- 2-10+ years of experience in survey of infrastructure projects (large and small)
- Ability to run field crews/schedule/coordinate
- Utilization and troubleshooting of field equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- AutoCAD and Civil3d experience are a plus
- Leica and its software are a plus
- Valid driver's license
