Overview
Resolution Group, Inc. (RGI) is seeking a Transportation Engineering Intern interested in gaining hands-on experience on real infrastructure projects. This internship provides exposure to roadway and transportation design while giving students the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to projects that improve how communities move.
Job Description
Duties & Requirements
- Assist with traffic signal and roadway lighting projects.
- Support roadway rehabilitation and reconstruction projects.
- Assist with the design and development of trails and greenways.
- Support roadway improvement projects.
- Assist with roadway drainage design and related project tasks.
- Review plans, drawings, and project information under the guidance of engineering staff.
- Collaborate with engineers and project team members on active projects.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Interest in transportation, roadway, or infrastructure engineering.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with engineering or design software is a plus, but not required.
